You may be able to sell it on ebay for a few dollars. I say chunk it. Non-functioning as in 'it doesn't work?' If that's the case, chunk it. Non-functioning as in 'it works. I just don't subscribe to DSL anymore.' Could sell on ebay for a few dollars.
